Early Years Teaching Assistant / Cover Supervisor
We are currently looking for an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team in September 2026.
We are particularly looking for somebody that:
- Has a real passion for working with children in the Early Years
- Is fully committed to the school ethos that every child can "Shine like a Star" through high expectations, personal development and excellent enrichment opportunities
- Understands the needs of a diverse community and the challenges this may bring
- Has excellent reading, writing and numeracy skills
- Is passionate about developing exciting learning experiences for children
- Has a thirst for developing their own learning and understanding
- Is committed to working as part of a team and working alongside parents
- Is organised
- Has excellent interpersonal skills and values working as a key member of the team
- Is totally inclusive in approach
- Has the ability to use mobile technologies (such as iPads)
This is a permanent role, term-time only.
